does anyone do this program or any other beach body program (ie: p90x, slim in 6, turbo jam, etc)
how has the program worked for you? i just started power 90 4 days ago and i've already lost 2 pounds! it's a lot of work but i feel really great.. energized enough to end the workout with a 2.5 mile walk! i'm hoping i really get great results with it.
