Pre natal Vitamin question?????
My doctor gave me pre-natals today so I can start to take them.
I noticed on the back of the box it says it only has 1 mg of folic acid. I thought you needed something like 800-1000mg?

mine says 800 mcgs and i take an extra folic acid at 400 mcgs. probably don't need that much.
update
if yours says MG than it is 1000 MCG
look at the units on the bottle

It's samples and it doesn't say anything about units.
Thank you, I knew it didn't seem right.
I'm dumb when it comes to MG and MCG.
