Prednisone and lovenox protocol anyone?
Doing 5th embryo transfer this month with new protocol of prednisone and lovenox, transferring three embies. I've had 2 early mc only.
Did you do this and did it change the outcome as in BFP that resulted in a baby?
How many embryos did you transfer and how many babies resulted?

P.s. Did I become persona non grata on here?!! Hard to get an answer these days!!! I'm on hormones...so yeah, sensitive! Lol

Bump: also what side affects did u experience? I am kind of scared to take the prednisone....

I was on prednisone and lovenox for most of my transfers since I have immune issues and thrombophilia. Unfortunately I didn't get pregnant from those cycles. When I did get pregnant I went on both immediately and that pregnancy stuck.
I had no side effects from prednisone. It was a low dose. When I was on it in the past I gained weight but that's because I was on it for awhile. Just make sure you take it on a full stomach. I took it in the morning because some say it can cause insomnia.

I was on both for almost every cycle, including my IVF 2 embies, 1 baby. Its not magical combination. It was over 2 years ago so i dont remember the side effect.

Prednisone and lovenox protocol anyone?
Doc just told me prednisone is for 10 days only so that makes me feel a lot better. Thought it was the first trimester!

I was on Prednisone and did Intralipids. I didn't use levonox. The only major side effect I gad from Prednisone was fluid filled cysts. Basically like huge pimple type things with crap inside. Luckily only one was on my face above my eye. The rest were on other covered up areas. They were painful.
Yes, I think Prenisone helped with FINALLY having a positive outcome. We transferred 2 and 1 stuck. This was transfer #4 and the first with those meds. I also added in Lupron and HGH that cycle. I was on Prednisone until 10 weeks preg...yeah I was ready to get off it.
What practice are you using? Any questions just ask.

I didn't have a FET this time, but I was on Prednisone for the first 11 weeks of my pregnancy, as per my MFM doctor.

I took both along with vitamin e and progesterone for the 1st 12 weeks and had a successful pregnancy!

I was on prednisone and Lovenox during my cycle for my current pregnancy and my cycle in 2013 that resulted in my DD. The cycles that were BFN I wasn't on it. Both times I transferred 2 day 5 embryos.
