Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I love it and I think partially bc it took me SO long to get here...but I love knowing what we created, seeing myself grow, having my with me 24/7 ...
I am loving it despite the heartburn, sciatica and PUPPPs It is a very special time.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I am 6 weeks today and am nauseas, dizzy and tired all day. I hate it this week. Up until now I felt fine and was happy, so I'm hoping this will pass soon and then I can love it, lol.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I love that I am pregnant and will have a baby in a few weeks and I do love feeling her move around in there. There are parts of it I love and parts of it I hate but I wouldn't say it's definitely one or the other for me.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
HATE it!!! Hated morning sickness and the migraines. I feel so self conscious and hate that people look at my belly. Sick of meternity clothes- poor quality, poor selection yet more expensive than they should be It's pain to schedule drs apts with a 2 yr old at home.
I feel guilty, but I really, really hate it. Thankfully, I had a great labor with and love the end result.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
Hate is a strong word, but I lean more towards that.
First tri I was so tired , but lucky I had no m/s
Second tri was better, but between my asthma , sciatica and back problems it wasn't the best
Third tri sucks bad.
I don't feel attractive and I certainly don't love it. Its a means to a very satisfying end.

LOVE it This is my second pregnancy and I was the same the last time. Could easily go 45 weeks instead of 40.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
hate it. any of you "love its" want to carry my next one?
hated the first tri, cannot STAND this last few weeks of the third tri (specifically the last WEEK is quite possibly worse than the last months combined...pray to go early...)..there was a small window of the 2nd tri that wasn't too bad, but i don't like his kicking, don't like the heartburn, don't like not having energy and being able to walk/work out...

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
Love it, I was blessed with 2 VERY easy pregnancies, no morning sickness, I feel good, albeit a bit hot due to the north carolina weather but overall, I love being pregnant

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
Hate it- that's too strong a word but I definitely don't love it. I love the end result and love feeling but that's about it. I had a horrendous 1st trimester, throwing up all the time, when that subsided a bit it turned into horrible acid reflux and then sciatica pain and now my hernia hurts so badly that I can't stand up sometimes. I'm grateful for the oxytocin which will make me forget how horrible the pregnancy was and then I will be able to get pregnant at least 2x more. I would love to have 3 children.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I don't mind it.
I haven't had a difficult pregnancy. I've just been pregnant.
I'm not one to go nuts over something and gush and ooh and ahh, and be on cloud 9 all the time. So to say I love, love, love it would be out of character for me.
I don't hate it either though.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I don't love it but don't hate it either. I think that people would say I'm having a great pregnancy - no morning sickness, no fatigue, minimal heartburn, really no symptoms to speak of; however, I hate the uncertainty and complete lack of control in the sense that I don't know what's going on in there or if he's ok. Before I felt him move, I worried before every apptmt wondering if he was even still alive and ok, and now that i feel him move, i worry on the days that he moves less. I'll just be glad when I can actually see and hold him although at that point I'll have a million more things to worry about. I guess it never ends.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
31 weeks and I am loving every minute of it!!!
I do consider myself lucky that I have had no major issues with any possible pregnancy "side effects" - I know so many women struggle with MS, difficulties of finally getting here, aches and pains, and best rest to only name a few.... my heart goes out to them.
Personally I feel healthier than I have in a long time, I am putting the baby first (which in turn is putting me first) I enjoy the baby moving around, I love everyones excitement surrounding us....
really couldn't be happier, and I already can't wait to do it again....

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
ok im going to feel really guilty by saying what i need to say but i HATE pregnancy! its one of the most miserable times in my life so far! i LOOOVE that the end result is going to give me a little girl to love and cherish for the rest of my life and i am so looking forward to every min of that.. but as far as this whole pregnancy thing goes.. i dont think i ever want to do it again!
i have had an awful pregnancy where its one thing after another going bad. im in pain horrible pain daily for the last 3 weeks and was told it will just get worse till she arrives, i've had to deal with pre term labor and a t-pump for 1/2 my pregnancy. the stress on my body and mental health is overwhelming. i cry everytime i hear/read someone LOVING pregnancy because im utterly jealous and then feel even more guitly that im not enjoying the process! my mom and family members have all enjoyed and loved pregnancy and they remeind me daily how awful i have it and they cant believe i dont love being pregnant! i often feel very VERY alone in this game of prengnacy! i'm sharing my thoughts and feelings for any other preggo mama-to-be who feels the same way i do and also feels guilty to admit it!
yes i know pregnancy DOES NOT LAST FOREVER but it sure as heck feels like it and well im just DONE! and just really really really looking forward to enjoying every single min of my little girl and waiting 5 years before having another!

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
Its hard to say because so far my 2 pregnancies are completely different. My 1st pregnancy, I LOVED being pregnant. It was the easiest pregnancy ever. Never sick, hardly ever tired, it was just great. I couldn't wait to be pregnant again.
This pregnancy I HATE being pregnant. Im sick all day long, Im tired all day long, Im already kind of showing, Im having potty issues already and feeling this way while chasing a 16 month old, just makes it even worse.
But, this is going to be my last pregnancy and I know deep down, Im going to miss being pregnant when all is said and done.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I love it. I've had it pretty easy so far. The one thing I hate is peeing every minute or so, but the joy of not having to suck my stomach in makes up for it!

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
Since I am in my first trimester still i don't think I can fully answer this. I have not enjoyed it so far, but I don't hate it. I am totally indifferent. I hoping the indifference turns to love once I am in the second trimester.

Re: Pregnancy - Love it or Hate it?
I love love love it! I already feel like I'm going to miss it so much when the baby comes...but I can't wait for that little bundle of joy! Don't get me wrong, I have back pains and developed a hernia, but all and all I have been feeling pretty good and feel very blessed for that I also like my belly and in a way I feel more attractive
