Pregnancy Pains?

A couple of questions:

1. I think i know what a round ligament pain is - its that weird stretching pain when you get up to fast or you move the wrong way and you literally feel like a stretching pain, right?

2. when i walk sometimes, randomly, especially if i am walking too fast, i will get this weird pain in my belly, like to the right of my belly button. it won't ease up until i either stop walking or reduce my speed considerably. anyone know what this is? or have experienced this? I'll ask my OBGYN at my appt. next week but i'm freaking out about it until then

3. is it normal to get any kind of weird pains in your belly? i get them from time to time, its not the baby moving or kicking, that feels way different...

I had been having weird pain in my leftside from Sunday to yesterday. By yesterday I sort of freaked out over the fact that it had not subsided and went to the doctor. I have a cyst on my left ovary so I was worried it had/was going to rupture. He did a sonogram and everything was totally normal. He basically told me that pain off to either side is probably round ligament pain.

I should add that he said that about pain as long as there is no spotting along with it!
