Prenatal + B6 + Evening Primrose Oil?
Am I overdoing it?
I've been taking a prenatal that has Folic Acid and several B vitamins in it, but I seem to have a short luteal phase and I've read that B6 can help it, so I just bought some. The drug store had 2 for 1 on vitamins and I've read that Evening Primrose Oil can help to (taken AF to O). Question is - is it all too much? Am I at risk for overdosing on B vitamins (I doubt it)? Also, is the extra B6 even needed if my prenatal contains it?

I'm not a 100% sure, but I've read that any extra vitamin in your body, comes out of your urine...just beware, I started taking B6 complex and my urine was neon yellow, which is normal, but I don't want you to get freaked out

Here is a link forsome info about EPO-you should only take that from AF to O and then stop.
I am on a mega dose of vit B because of a condition I have and i have had no side effects. At VERY large doses Vit B can cause neuropathy(tingling and numbness in the extremities) which goes away when you reduce the dosage

I have been a big fan of B vitamins, but I believe they are best taken in a B-complex, rather than just one at a time. You would have to really over do it to get the numbness/tingling, but if you do all you have to do is stop taking it and it should go away.
