For those taking evening primrose oil
Hi Ladies! Today is my first "official" day of af. :( In any case I read about some benefits of taking evo. After 5 unsuccessful months of trying, I am exploring my options. I know that you are supposed to take epo from af to o. But I'm not sure how much. Each pill is 1000mg. I only took one pill so far but I've read some women take 3 a day? Any advice? TIA

I took 3 a day from af till confirmed O. Don't take it after O because it can cause uterine contractions and interfere with implantation.

I just bought evening primrose oil also after getting AF yesterday and had similar questions, so thanks for posting this. The epo pills I got are 500 mg each. The directions say to take one pill three to six times a day with meals. I am going to start with three per day and see how it goes. I found this article helpful.
