Preparing for IVF
So I got my calendar for my IVF cycle. It looks like I will be starting stims the 1st week in June and my retrieval will be mid June which gives me 2 months to prepare. My RE recommends low stress, healthy diet, little caffeine and alcohol and my prenatal. I'm also taking CoQ10 and vitaminD3. I don't really exercise all that much but I work part-time and chase after my 2yr old. Any other recommendations? I just hope to maximize my chances of this working.

Re: Preparing for IVF
Only thing different that I did during my cycle was add CoQ10. I also took 15 minutes after injenctions to be on my own, in the bedroom, lights off, a candle on, just laying on the bed breathing and relaxing. Sounds dumb, but I needed that time to connect with my body if that makes sense. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

What is your diagnosis? Or are you unexplained?

Preparing for IVF
I took the last 5 months off to work on myself. After 2 unsuccessful fresh rounds. Everything your dr said to do is exactly right. I'm sure it's hard with a 2 year old but I would try to find some time for yourself each day just to clear your mind. Now that the weather is finally getting nice maybe a walk around the block. I think the biggest thing is to stay positive because all of this can be so overwhelming at times.
