Preschool with art/gym/music etc
If you know of a preschool that has "specials" like they do in the elementary school, can you please post the name...thanks so much!!!

My kids go to Wee Friends in Wantagh. They also have a school in Merrick.
They have music, art appreciation (they try to recreate famous works of art), movement (gym) and library every week. Since my kids go every day they have music and movement 2x each week, art appreciation & library once a week.

A friend of mine lives in Port Washington and sends her son to Friends Together. They have music once a week, art once a week, and music and movement once a week.

Preschool for 3 or 4's? At my school the 4's have Gym, Health, Music & Yoga; in the Lynbrook area.

My DS's preschool has this...
At the 4 year old level they even have swimming once a week....
He goes to the Suffolk JCC

My son went to Chatterbox in East Islip and we LOVED it. They had a gym, they did field trips and they had art projects and all sorts of fun stuff. And we had graduation in the East Islip Junior high with real caps and gowns.
It was the best experience and my son still talks about it and misses the teachers there.

It's in Commack on Hauppauge Road. It might be a bit farther then you'd be looking to travel...
I would try the Great South Bay YMCA in Bayshore...
They appear to have a fantastic Preschool program that offers exactly what you are looking for...
Definitely worth looking into.
