prime rib?
I thinking about cooking a prime rib for Christmas dinner. I've never made one. Is it similiar to cooking a roast beef? Any tips?

I make it every year. It's such a good piece of meat all I do is sprinkle kosher salt and some pepper all over it. And cook 20 mins to a lb.
It's soooo good!!
