Prime Time Farmingdale and Bright Horizons Woodbury
Any feedback about either Prime Time on 110 in Farmingdale or Bright Horizons in Woodbury? I have looked on the NYS office of children and family services but was wondering if anyone had personal experience with either. Feel free to FM. thanks....

Re: Prime Time Farmingdale and Bright Horizons Woodbury
We sent DD to Bright Horizons in Woodbury from 10 weeks to 11 months. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it there. The staff is top notch- and the facility is absolutely beautiful!
We were only sending DD 3 time a week- and that was affordable for us. Then, our needs changed, and we needed to send her full time- but the price jumped up so high that we could not afford it.
I HIGHLY recommend it.
I really wish we could afford it- but we can't.

Re: Prime Time Farmingdale and Bright Horizons Woodbury
Thanks so much for all the stories, I really appreciate. I am very much overwhelmed by this whole process and unfortunately don't have any family or friends who use daycare.....

Re: Prime Time Farmingdale and Bright Horizons Woodbury
My son went to Prime Time 8 years ago and we had a good experience. Friendly staff, nice facility. Very accepting of his early intervention therapists coming into the class.

Re: Prime Time Farmingdale and Bright Horizons Woodbury
People RAVED about Prime Time and I can't tell you how DISAPPOINTED we were with that place when we check for DS.
1/ The infant room was dirty. I saw a woman change the diapers with 2 infants and did not wipe the changing pad clean between the 2 babies.
2/ A woman who gave us a tour had a t-shirt that came down to her knees, rolles sleeves, hair up. Imagine yourself getting ready to tackle major house clean up. I usually don't judge people by their appearance but that looked so unprofessional
3/ The "manager" told us we had to give a $50 deposit for registration. When DH asked if it was refundable if they did not have room for us when it was time for DS to go to daycare, she said "no" I know another mom who was told to put a $150 deposit also non refundable to be put on a waiting list. If nothing came open she would have also lost the $150.
We could not wait to get out of that place.
