STOP dealing with the realtor. PERIOD.
You should only be dealing with your lawyer right now.
We had the same problems. Don't call her or ask her for anything. Don't feel the need to return her calls. Your lawyer and the sellers' lawyer will take it from here.

I handle RE contracts at our law office and I will tell you, 9 times out of 10, the realtors are nasty. They are pushy and rude and I avoid their calls at all costs. Bypass her completely and deal strictly with your own attorney from now on. That's what you are paying him/her for
