Progesterone Suppository
Tonight I start them and they didn't come with instructions or an applicator. How far do I insert it? I never even used a tampon in my life, so I'm really uneasy about this. Please help. TIA!!!

I start mine tonight too again! They are not fun & messy!
Do them right before bed!
There's no applicator. I find keeping them in the fridge makes them easier to go in b/c then they're not mushy 
You just take them & stick them as far in your hooha as you can & then go to bed.
Make sure you wear a pantyliner the next day b/c that's when its messy.

I use endometrin and they come with an applicator....just shove em up there as far as they will go!
