property/school taxes
does anyone know when the new numbers will be out??? i called the town and they said october but i thought it was sooner since they would need the new budget for the school year.

If you live in nassau the new tax bills come out in October but you are paying for July 1 through the end of the year and then when you pay again in april it is for jan 1 through june 30th. The new general tax numbers come out in Jan.
If you live in a village they come out around june 1st of each year.
If you live in suffolk they come end of december beginning of jan and the school/property is in one.
