Protein Shakes….
I love them - but I need one that is a bit healthier and doesn't have asparatame. When I read the labels I am very confused but they all have low sugar so I know I am missing something (like the Atkins or EAS brands).
Maybe Ensure is a better bet or something from Whole Foods?
PS - I dont like the ones you make yourself with whey protein - I am too lazy.

I just ordered Shakeology, it's sweetened with Stevia instead of aspartame but it's very pricey
