PSA: always double check wiht insurance company about breastpump coverage
I called Edgepark, as many of you have done. they told me it woudl be 250, since I didn't meet deductible for the year yet. now, i know for in-network, i have no deductible (we have insurance thoruhg DH, a doc at norht shore), so i called EMpire- they said its covered at 100%, they called edgepark for me, apparently edgepark was using hte wrong billing code. so i am getting a freestyle for free. lesson learned- double check if edgepark tells you theres no/partial coverage.
ETA: I know this is being greedy, but those of you who had a pump covered - were you able ot order a spare set of parts too? i like to have 2 sets (the shields/adapters) that way i dont have ot wash at work
