PTI: Personal training institute
Has anyone tried this? If so, how do you like it?
I really do not need help with nutrition at all. I was just looking at more of the personal approach areas and it looked better in that regard than a normal gym.
Just wondering what the dealio was with this place

Three of my friends go to PTI, and they are very happy with it.
Two go to the one in Plainview, and the other goes to the one in Garden City.
They found trainers they really like and have stuck with it so far.

I went to the one in Port Washington and I liked it - there was a little nonsense that I had to deal with but all of the trainers were very good and really nice.
