Pumping at work question

I go back to work tomorrow Chat Icon and I will be pumping. DD will be getting 3 bottles while I am at work. I always was told that you are supposed to pump at the times that you would be feeding your DC, but I have a pretty good supply. If I pump and get the equivalent of 3 servings in 2 pumping sessions, is that ok or will I end up decreasing my supply? also, will my supply be ok to nurse her on weekends or my day off? TIA!

Re: Pumping at work question

i would definitely pump when DC normally eats. If you pump more then the baby needs you can freeze it
