Putting DS in a bed- crazy sleeper?
DS is 2 1/2 and loves his crib. He never tries to climb out. I am thinking that I want to get him into a bed soon though. Problem is he is a crazy sleeper. He travels the crib all night. Every time I look in the monitor he is in a different place. I am nervous. I would get rails of course, but I am also worried about the blanket, etc. He actually just started sleeping with a baby blanket a few months ago. Should I just leave that or make the bed with a comforter like on a regular bed? Sorry if I sound dumb lol this is all new to me Any advice is appreciated!

Honestly, as long as he's happy in the crib, I wouldn't change it just yet. But that's just my opinion.

Rylan is like this too. I'll find him in all sorts of positions and spots on the bed. I tried a regular sized blanket and he ended up really twisted in it so he sleeps with 2 small blankets instead.

DS was exactly like this and I didnt see a reason to change him into a bed
At 3 yrs and 4 months he started climbing out of the crib and then we made the switch

Re: Putting DS in a bed- crazy sleeper?
Hi thanks for the replies. I'm not really in a rush to move him, but want to try it within the next few months. I don't see his sleep patterns changing, he's always been a mover. I am afraid of him getting twisted in a big blanket so I think we'd start with the baby blanket as well.
