Q about freezing homemade chicken nuggets
Can I just bread them and freeze them uncooked? Then heat them in the oven? Or should I bake them first, then let them cool and freeze? How long will they take to heat up? TIA

I imagine that when defrosting them the bread crumbs wouldn't stay on the chicken, but come off on whatever you have seperating them. I would cook them first then freeze.

With nuggets I would cook them first. I make thin sliced breaded cutlets for DS all the time that I fry up, those I freeze uncooked and they are fine.
