Q about pumping & returning to work
My DS will be around 14 weeks when I return to work. How much should I pump - he will be with my sister-in-law from 7am-2:30/245pm?
Any suggestions on how to start building my supply and storing the BM?

Re: Q about pumping & returning to work
When I was on maternity leave I would pump one breast while DS drank from the other. I would also pump at 10pm when DH would feed him from a bottle. At first you won't get much but it will build quickly if you keep at it. Some people will say to pump after a feeding, you could try that as well.

Re: Q about pumping & returning to work
I plan on pumping when I return to work as well. Now I am pumping one breast and feeding him from the other about 2-3 times per day while I am home.
When I go back to work I plan on pumping on my free periods which are at 945 and 1245. I think this will work out but I am not sure.
