Qs about jar food?

If you heated a jar food can you put it in the fridge for future use?

Many people don't keep it, but I do. the same goes with formula, but I do not keep them for more then 24 hours.

It says right on the jar that you have to discard after 2-3 days but it doesnt say anything about heating the food first. I would put some in a separate bowl if you dont think your DC will eat it all, that way no problem keeping it.
