Question - 1st month of BCP
This is my first month off of BCP. I'm on CD 9 and I've had some minor cramps for about three days (similar to period cramps). Is this common? What are they from?

I don't know all of the reasons why, but pretty much my entire first month off BFP I had mild cramping.

Me too. My body didn't feel right the entire first month. I kept hoping it was PG symptoms, but I think it was just my body adjusting.

I had a similar eperience as well...I experienced a lot of cramping throughout that fist month. I have no idea what causes it, but it has not happened since and I stopped BCP 4 months ago.

This has been my first off of BCP and I have had cramping off and on for the past two-three weeks...I should technically be getting my period tomorrow but who knows what will happen as my body regulates

My first month off BCP I had cramps that felt like I was going into labor...I have never experienced cramps like that

My first month off was a little nutty...heating pad cramps for the 2 weeks prior to getting my period on day 39! The next cycle..it was normal and less crampy and bloaty. This cycle the same!
