Question - Grade of Eggs for Transfer
I just had my 3 day transfer this morning and this is what I was told.
I had two Grade 2, 3 - 7 cell eggs and one Grade 2, 3 - 4 cell egg.
I am trying to be optimistic here. Can anyone tell me of a success story with these numbers?
Also, Can anyone better explain what these mean?
TIA.

Re: Question - Grade of Eggs for Transfer
My clinic didn't grade but I had a 7 cell with low fragmentation and a 9 cell with low fragmentation on 3 day transfer and am 28 weeks with twin boys.

Re: Question - Grade of Eggs for Transfer
Grading means absolutely nothing in regards to getting pregnant. All it does is define how the cells are splitting. A Grade 1 is evenly split/Grade 2 is a tiny bit fragmented/etc.
I know of at least three/four people who have gotten PG with low-grade embies...
ETA: I have had grade 1's and Morula's transferred and no PG...but when I got PG with Rogan there was nothing above a Grade 2.

Re: Question - Grade of Eggs for Transfer
I just transferred a Grade 2, 8, 6 and 3 cell embies. It's all a crap shoot. Hang in there. The 2ww is tough.

Thank you for all your replies. Just need some reassurance that it is possible. Anything to make this 2ww a little less stressful.
