Question about B complex
I've been taking B Complex to help my LP. I totally left bottle on my desk at work - should I buy a new bottle or is it ok to skip 2 days.
I also have some B6 in the house - should I take that for the next 2 days?

I would definitely take the B6....and just continue with the complex when you can.
