Question about BD schedule. . .
We were trying Deanna's plan which involves BDing every other day from CD8 until a + OPK, At that point you are to BD that night, two more nights in a row, skip a night and then BD one more time.
We have followed this and I got my +OPK on CD18. It is now CD20 and I have yet to show the temperature jump on my chart to prove ovulation has occurred.
Here is where my confusion comes in- because I have not yet seen the temp jump proving ovulation, I am afraid to follow this plan as stated. However, I am afraid of BDing too many times in a row because I don't want to lower our chances either.
Today would be our last BD in a row before we skip a day and then BD one last time.
My chart is below.
Can anyone recommend how they would proceed with their BDing schedule at this point?
TIA

Re: Question about BD schedule. . .
You might be ovulating today.
The +OPK only shows that you'll ovulate the next day or the day following that - it varies from person to person.
Look at my chart from last month - see when my +OPK is? And then look at when my temp jumps. For me, I ovulate 2 days after my +OPK and you might be the same.

Re: Question about BD schedule. . .
As for the BD schedule, I would stay with Deanna's plan.
If you BD the day of +OPK and the 2 days after, either way you will have your day before O and your O day covered.
Best of luck!

Re: Question about BD schedule. . .
Has anything happened in the past few days that would affect your temperature? Like are you sick? Fever or something? It looks to me like you've already ovulated - either around CD14 with a fallback rise or CD16 I wouldn't be surprised if you missed your surge on CD13 - the one day you didn't test! WHat kind of OPK's are you using?
