Question about dirty diapers
I know they say BF babies should have mustard yellow poops...on occasion DS goes and it's green. He's a little over 4 weeks old.
Is this normal or something to be concerned about?
He always seems fine I just want to double check.
Thanks

Re: Question about dirty diapers
Don't worry it's just a milk imbalance. It means he is getting more of the fore milk (comes out first) then the hind milk (fatty rich milk in the back). It doesn't hurt him or anything.
My ds would have green poop all the time. He was an inefficient and lazy eater. It was easier to get the fore milk so he would drink that and mot want to put in the effort to keep eating and get the fatty milk.

Thank you! He hasn't been the best eater today (only wanting 1 side and not staying on very long) so this makes total sense.
