Question about fees for real estate lawyers
How much does a real estate lawyer typcially charge? I have no idea. If you're not comfortable posting, please feel free to FM me.

We paid around $1200 but he was consise, thorough, and overall on top of every detail throughout the contract, and was in constant contact with us.

A real estate attorney charges anywhere from $900 to $2000 or more.
My firm doesnt do residential closings so they charge 2000 but the firm I use to work for charges $950 to $1000.

Same with ours.
After seeing the lawyer the sellers used in action at closing, every penny was worth it!

$950 but I would have paid more for someone we were more comfortable with. The problems didn't come in until 2 weeks before closing and it was too late to change by then.

We paid $800 for ours I think and he was pretty good. Fought for us when he needed to, but otherwise, we didn't have constant contact from him - which was fine.

Average $1000-$1300
Mine was amazing!! Spoke to her everyday and even a few times a day. Kept me up to date with everything and never had to guess on what was going on.
