Question about online chat boards.
One of girlfriends is in a Marketing Class and needs to put together a report on online Chat Boards (sort of like LIW & LIF).
Does anyone know the average # of Americans that actively participate in posting on personal intrest chat boards? We cant seem to find any info online about this.
I know.. weird question!

I dont have the numbers but tell her to check eMarketer.com or ClickZ.com one of those will definately have it

According to Nielsen:
23.8 million Americans made a comment/posted to a forum/group/message board in the past month
While 34.5 millionread/viewed forums/groups/message board in the past month
Combining them with an OR statement we get 44.1 million ok 29.9% of All Americans online.
