Question about reading a thermometer
I have the Safety 1st thermometer that can be used orally, rectally or under the arm. I always thought the rectal temp. reading was the most accurate but when I was just reading the directions it said the oral is accurate, for the underarm to add .9 to the reading and for rectal to substract .9 from the reading.

I always thought anal was more acurrate .. B/c oral changes depending on what and when the child last ate.
