Question about Roman Shades

Hello Again!

Okay - so I think I am gonna go with a Roman Shade in the kitchen, I want to go with this lovely Warm Spice color which I think will look nice with the direction we have been looking at going, and at 20 bucks I just can't pass it up. So my question is. The window is a typical small kitchen window and all of the sizes in these are 64" long...Would it look weird to have these shades on a window that wasn't that long...would it be too bunched up?

I attached a pic of my kitchen color again and the shade pic

Re: Question about Roman Shades

First that color combo is going to be awesome.

Second you could prob hem it yourself (from the top down) if it looks weird.

Re: Question about Roman Shades

Thanks Jenn...I think so too, I am finally getting excited that my house will stop looking like a crack den because everything is in a state of un-doneness. Thanks for the suggestion too...I hadn't thought about it...my MIL is a seamstress and could probably help me...I am not so good with my hands...hence why i work on the computer Chat Icon

Re: Question about Roman Shades

love the color combo and I think you should be ok with the length when it's opened or closed. Plus your MIL could probably help out in some way if you needed. Go for it. Great price.Chat Icon

Re: Question about Roman Shades

Thanks All - I have ordered this Roman shade, actually two in the shade above (one for the window above the sink and one for the door in the kitchen that I had totally forgotten about) I also ordered a green one for the door in the living room,
