Question about when to do a shower/sprinkle.
My mom is generously throwing me a small shower/sprinikle, and is asking me for a date. I am due October 4th, so normally I would say beginning of September. However, with my 2nd pregnancy I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks, and was put on bedrest. SO I am wondering if I should do it maybe 2 months before I am due just in case?
Do you think that is too early?

I'm due a week before you and told my mom it should be no later than the beginning of august when I'm 32-33 weeks...
I know the last 5 weeks or so will be rather uncomfy, and frankly, there's no need to wait until the absolute last moment.... After all, we will have to move all of that stuff home and organize it... I can't do that when I'm ready to burst......

I was late with DD but still decided to do my sprinkle 2 months early. It is very common with the 2nd to go early and life with one child already is so much more hectic that I wanted to have more than enough time to sort through everything and get everything done. So I would say definitely do it early.

Because of your last pregnancy and being put on bedrest, i would do it 2 months in advance.

I am having a scheduled repeat c-section on Sept 17th. My sprinkle will be on June 28, I will be about 27 weeks- I think.
