Question about when you do laundry
I notice that alot of times on the cloths their are dark spots (looks like a stain) after I wash my colored cloths and I know the clothes weren't stained going into the wash and I am thinking it is either the detergent or the fabric softner. I have a front load washer so I don't the detergent ever really touchs the cloths, I think it mixes with water first.
Does anyone else have this problem?

Yes, and I switched to woolite for darks and havent had that problem since.
I also use a front load washer.

YES!! ALL the time  It's the MOST annoying thing.
I haven't figured out if it's the Downey (washing machine) or the Bounce (dryer).

I thought it was only me. Sometimes I think it is the fabric softner because it does seem a little oily and my mom doesn't have this problem and she doesn't use fabric softner. I just can't imgaine not using it.

its definitely the fabric softener. Try buying a new detergent that has softener in it - like Tide.

yes! its definately the Downey. Its been happening to me also, ever since I got a front loader.

its the downey- this was happening all the time to me then I stopped with the fabric softner and it hasnt happened.

We have the downey ball and sometimes if it doesn't open right it will make blue spots on our clothes and we have to rewash everything, what a PITA!
