question for 3rd tri moms

so I just bought my first 2 pairs of maternity pants and I'll be 17 wks tomorrow. I'm just curious b/c they were not cheap, what are the chances they will last me till the end? Or near the end? Did most of you have to keep buying bigger sizes? Its probably wishful thinking that I only grow in the belly right???

I think it all depends on how you end up carrying the baby. I wore small maternity jeans for a while until they got uncomfortable when I sat down. I am 6 days away from my due date and my jeans size is a medium (motherhood maternity) with a secret fit belly. That is my favorite part!!!!!

I bought pants for the fall/winter around week 17. I'm 32 weeks now and wearing the same pants. I don't feel them getting snug at all. I also gained most of weight in the beginning but being on a strict GD diet right now, my weight gain has stalled.

Oh, and I agree with the Secret Fit Belly! ALL my pants are those type, and LOVE them!

Im still in the same pair I got from the beginning..and last pregnancy. but Im all belly.. so its going to depend on how your body grows with pregnancy thats going to determine that.

I bought most of my stuff at about 23 weeks... so far, I have had no issues--but, some things are more comfortable than others-- so I tend to wear those jeans more.

I'm still in mine as well. I am all belly too though. I love the secret fit though. So comfy!
