Question for Cord Blood Banking and telling doctor..
Did you tell your doctor before signing up with them?
Or did you sign up and then tell your doctor?
I just got this great offer , but I never told my doctor I was interested in doing this and if I wait until next week (which is my next appt) to tell them.....I will lose this offer.
Don't know what to do!!

I didn't tell my dr beforehand. I registered with them etc, got the kit, etc, then just told my dr today. It was no big deal, dr isn't going to say no.
My drs fee was $350, I just had to sign a consent form today and also a form that stated what his fee was.

I talked to my Dr. Before, call your doctor and talk to him/her over the phone about it.

it shouldn't matter when you tell your doctor. you could show up at the hospital to deliver with a kit and then tell him/her.
