Question for ladies that work from home - and that have toddlers..
How do you do it?
I have a 3.5 and 2 year old and they drive me completely nuts all day long. I feel like I don't get a chance to check my mail long enough to send an email or have a decent phone conversation without being interrupted.
Do you have babysisters or nanny's or someone that watches the kids while you work?
I would imagine you would have too, especially with my kids.....
How do you make it work for you.
Also wanted to add that my oldest doesn't nap and my youngest naps for an hour or two - thats it.
TIA

Re: Question for ladies that work from home - and that have toddlers..
I have worked from home for 3 1.2 years now - since DD was born. I did it by myself for the first year but nearly went nuts and put in long late hours when DD was sleeping in the evening. Once she turned one I had to hire a sitter to come to the house to watch her as it was too much. I only got someone in for about 3hrs a day for 4 days a week.
Now that I have two kids ( I have a newborn) I am going to have to hire someone again once I go back to work after my maternity leave. I dont know the exact details as DD is at preschool in the morning but she is full one and I think I will hire someone for the afternoon when she gets home and just wing it in the morning with my DS and hope I get some work done.
You definitely need some help. I advertised in the local papers and that is how I got my help.
Good luck
