Question for multiple moms and soon to be
When I was at the RE's office they mentioned that I have 3 "good sized" and 3 smaller. They said I had an excellent response to injectables. I am going for monitoring 1 more time and then having b2b IUI's. Just wondering how many of you did the same protocol and ended up with multiples.
Protocol: Femara 5mg 5 days, Gonal f 150 4x and dex daily. I will also be on progesterone directly followign ovulation.
DH has "decent' SA and I have PCOS, slightly elevated fsh and high LH.

i didn't have the exact same protocol but here was my situation:
I have PCOS and wasn't ovulating on my own and DH checked out normal.
5mg femara cd4-8
1500mg metformin daily
.75 mg dexamethasone daily
cd16 had 3 mature follies (over 20mm) and a few smaller ones. Triggered with ovidrel shot and then did timed intercourse.
currently 8 weeks preggers with twins!

I had a similar protocol.
Femura-5mg-5 days
Follistim-150iu every other day
Progesterone after ovulation
We only did one IUI, not B2B. I had 4 follicles=10 weeks pregnant with Triplets.
We have male factor infertility. Good Luck!!!

We had the same exact protocol. Except we did B2B IUI's. I had 2 very good size eggs and 1 just under maturity. We used Ovadril to ovulate that night and went back the next day and the day after for IUI's. I now have   twins. Good luck!!!!!!
