They were way off for me. They estimated Abby to be close to or over 8 pounds at my last sono. She was 6 pounds and 3 ounces with one hell of a long femur. She is still tall and skinny.

Totally Completely off. They wouldn't let me go one day over my due date because they were worried my DD would be too big (the growth sono had her over 8 LBS. Well I had her two days early and she was a skinny little thing at 7.02lbs.



Same issue and DD was 6lbs 7ozs

not accurate AT ALL for DS. i don't even care what they tell me now for DD>

they were measuring DS at close to 9 pounds. he was born a whopping 6 pounds 15.8 ounces. yeah...off by just a little bitChat Icon the kid was in NB clothes for 2 months!

5 days before my DD was born they were telling me she was 9 1/2lbs at that sono BUT they expected her to be over 10lbs at birth. Chat Icon She ended up being only 8lbs 8oz. Chat Icon

At my 30 wk growth sono my dr told me she would be a high 8 pd baby since she measured 5pds 4oz. She was born at 7pds 6oz 20in.

i had a growth scan the day of delivery... she was measuring 4 weeks a head for about 2 months. and on the day of delivery they esitmated her at 8lbs 2 or 4 oz. she was born 2 hours later at 7lbs 10oz

Mine was pretty accurate. On a monday ds weight was predicted appx 6.5 lbs. He was born 4 dsys later and weighed 6.6 lbs
