Question for the ladies- before your period...
...do you find yourself peeing more?
I swear it's like clockwork with me.
A few days before it's like flood gates.
I have to pee constantly.
Anyone else experience this?
Is it hormones? Or just letting go of all the water I retain while PMSing?
It's so annyoing!!!

I think it's all the water you were retaining letting go as hormone levels change. I notice it too!
