Question for the Real Estate Agents
Do you ever go into contract on a property and NOT put the "in contract" sign on the property itself (attached to the for sale sign)?? If so, why don't you put the sign out?

I am not a REA, but i am sure that it is done this way b/c another buyer could come in and love the house and "be on the back burner" just in case the original offer falls through...

Our house NEVER had the "in contract" sign out. I actually hardly ever see it anymore
