Question for those at the very end (or already gave birth) - TMI
OK so I'm pretty "regular" if you know what I mean. I go once a day when I get home from work. Well the last 2 days I go every few hours. Its not loose or anything but constant. Is it just from the pressure? Have any of you experienced this at the end? It's quite annoying!

totally normal. It's the pressure and the fact that there isn't much room down there for anything but baby!
ETA: it's also your body preparing for childbirth. For some reason your body knows it's coming and makes sure you're "empty".

The day's leading up to Andrew's birth I was going a lot more. Then it became TMI, loose.
And boom the day it became that way he was born

Re: Question for those at the very end (or already gave birth) - TMI
I agree with the others...the day of the night I went into labor with my first, I almost had an "accident" in the grocery store...I had to try to find the bathroom without running. I stayed rather regular and not a hint of constipation throughout. That day, I had this random and brief bout with very loose you-know-what. I should've known....14 hours later, I was a mommy.
The big signs of "it's time" for me were:
*I lost a pound from week 37-38 visit [she was born the day before my 39 week visit was scheduled for]
*My belly shrunk a solid inch [but the nurse, thinking on the "it's the first baby, it's going to be late" mentality just fudged the records so my dr. didn't know/notice
*the potty incident mentioned above
*the evening I went into labor, I scrubbed the kitchen for about 2 hours. now i swear i told myself to do it in hopes it would put me in labor as i was desperate to get the baby out...but i'm beginning to think mother nature made me sub-consciously want to do it but tricked me into thinking it was my idea!

sounds very similar to my experience, except I lost 5 pounds in a week
and I had a sudden urge to clean, I mean SCRUB the bathroom and kitchen...I was on my hands and knees going nuts. But i also knew it was coming, I had been having contractions for a few days, and the previous night they were intense and consistent.
Good Luck! Sounds like your body is getting ready.

The day I went into labor I went 4 times that day so I knew he was coming. It was an intresting feeling going to the bathroom while having a contraction.
