Question for those that attended business trade schools that offered life time job placement

I am not looking for work at the moment - but i did graduate from a business school that offered life time job placement - and i was wondering if there was anyone on here or knows of anyone that has used their service of lifetime job placement and if they have had any luck finding a job, or interviews for that matter with this economic crisis?

Just some background:
I graduated from katharine gibbs years ago with an associates degree and they found me a job immediately - i never went back to them for job placement after I had my children and am now a SAHM - but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these type of schools that offer this service......do they really help you find a job?
Any success stories from anyone???

I almost went to Katherine gibbs and they did tell me that at any point you call them they will get you an interview. The said they obv can't guaruntee that you wil get a job but they did say you would get an interview. i would totally call them and see what they can do. I am curious about this because this is the second time I've heard this recently and would like to know the answer.

Yes I believe they can do that for you. DH went to Hunter Business School in Levittown and was told he can come back anytime and they will help him with his resume and jobs placement.

I went to Katharine Gibbs, too. When I graduated, they found me a job immediately. I guess it was about five years or so later, and I contacted them when I was looking for a new job, I spoke to one of the recruiters, sent them my resume, but never heard from them again. I've had more success with recruiters from outside the school.
