Question for you ladies
I'm more of a lurker on this bored..and you all are really great and I wish you all
lots of 
I have a question for you girls...we are not actively trying but not being careful either, with that said...the past week I have been having very light cramping, right below belly button. I normally get severe AF cramps but not till the day of, these cramps are a first for me...also boobs have been extremely sore all week also, that usually happens a few days before AF, but shes not due till about the 20th.... Just wanted some input on this. could it just be AF coming early?

when did you ovulate ???
it sounds like it could be Implantation cramping.. it seems like its around that time that it would happen.. i know the symptoms can be very confusing cause AF and pregnancy symptoms kind of mimic each other!

Im really not sure when I ovulated...I know AF is due next week, since last month I got it on the 19th and I usually get it the same time every month give or take a day

Just for your own knowledge, it's best to measure cycle length in terms of days - not dates.
For example, keep track that your cycle was 28 days long (rather than that it came on whatever date).
Do you know the dates of your last few AFs?

my cycle is a little on the irregular side...thats why I figure it out by the following months date...i think July was the 18th and June 17th, 18th or 19th not too sure

Having an irregualr cycle is even more reason to keep track.
To start off, try keeping track of when you get AF and entering it into a website like fertilityfriend.com or mymonthlycycles.com.
