Question if you've had a party at Hoyt Farm?
What did you do as far as parking for your guests? Particularly the ones who aren't residents of the town of Smithtown. Someone mentioned that they let everyone in who said they were there for the party and even kept track so the hosts could pay the parking for everyone at the end. Do they always do this? How do I get this set up?

We kept a tab for out out of town guests. Just tell them that morning you want to keep a tab. The manager came to us about 2 hours into the party asking for the money.

Will they definitely be allowed to park there? Because I went the other day and the guy wouldn't even let me in even though there was literally 4 other cars in the parking lot! I offered to pay and everything. Are the weekend rules any different from weekdays? Someone said the rules might change after Labor Day, do you know if that's true? We had to paark at my Grandma's that day (she doesn't live that far from it) but I can't have my guests parking far away and walking over.

If you bought a permit for the party, the out of town guests are allowed to park there. They will just have to say they're there for the Xxxx party.

we kept a tab as well. it's 7 per car - i expected about 15 cars, but they only charged me for 10.
