Question re: buying concert tix for DH
I'm looking to get Billy Joel tix for DH birthday, do you like sitting on the side and closer, or further back but directly in front? I cant decide and since I cant ask him I need opinions!

Side and closer, definitely. I hate being all the way on the other end of the arena...it's so far away. I'm actually sitting behind the stage for both Billy Joel shows that I'm attending. That can be a lot of fun because you're really close, and he always turns around to sing to the crowd in the back.
I once sat directly on the side of the stage for Elton John. Some of the best seats that I've ever had.

I was debating about getting those seats behind the stage also, because it looks like its all open in the back so was thinking we may have a good view. When are you going? I'd love to hear how that view is. TIA!!
