Question re workers comp
I got hurt at work today. My boss has not told me who the WC insurance company is, what do I do? I need to get medication and go to my doctor and I don't feel as though this should come out of my pocket. Very confused.

Your boss may not know... do you have an HR department?
Right off the bat when you go to the doc, mention WC and the doc may be able to tell you how to approach it.
Get better first then worry about the paperwork

Make sure you fill out a report at work. You have two weeks to give notice of your accident.
Just telling your boss is not enough. File a report on paper.
