Question....dont know what to think
GM ladies. I recently had my first medicated IUI (clomid). I'm currently on CD32 and 11dpo. My periods are normally pretty regular coming every 29-30 days. I tested at 8dpo and 9dpo which is way early I know but I was curious. So now technically I'm late but I'm too scared to test and get bad news. My question is though...could the clomid be the culprit for my period being late this month? I mean I dont feel any different or anything...no sore breasts or nausea or anything like that. I'm hoping that it is NOT the clomid that is making me late and that I'll still get a BFP. But I dont know what to think.

Are you on any type of progesterone?

Re: Question....dont know what to think
No.....no progesterone.
I should also probably add that we are dealing with male factor IF....and that I was on the clomid to increase our chances of TTC.

Re: Question....dont know what to think
I'm not trying to be a spoiler, but clomid always made my cycles really long (normal 28days, clomid 30-32 days). But, I also know that you really shouldn't have any symptoms this early so you could have a nice BFP waiting to be discovered.
If nothing comes today, I would totally test tomorrow morning. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Re: Question....dont know what to think
Clomid REALLY whacked out my cycle completely. At first my RE thought I didn't ovulate because of it (when I normally ovulate on my own) but then progesterone test showed I DID ovulate.
Anyway, yeah, it really extended my cycle. I'm usually 28 or 29 days and with the clomid, I think I had a 35 day cycle.
How many DPIUI are you?

I'm trying to remember exactly but I am burnt. I believe when I did Clomid, AF was about 2 or 3 days late.

Re: Question....dont know what to think
Clomid made my period a few days late each cycle. It was such a tease and made me get my hopes up.
Hopefully it will be a BFP for you.
