Question....I got the egg on CBFM
Ok...so I had low readings everyday. Then yesterday (day 15) it jumps to peak. Unfortunately, yesterday we were unable to BD. Today it remained peak (day 16). Do you always have two peak days? Was I better off yesterday to BD than today? Or is my shot just as good today?
Thanks. It is my first month using this thing.

i don't think you always have two peak days but i think it's a good sign that you got yours - BD tonight and tomorrow and you should be fine!

I believe on the CBEFM you get two peak days, it should tell you the two optimum days to BD. If you BD tonight and tomorrow you should have your bases covered.

Last month was my 1st mo using it and I got 2 peak days. I think you should BD tonight and tomorrow and maybe the next day!

I have always gotten two peak days. I think it automatically gives you the extra peak day.
