Questions about Cycle days
I saw a LITTLE spotting today (finally after almost 4 months of no AF)
Would this mean that this is CD1 even if I have NOTHING tomorrow? This happened to me about a week ago also were I spotted and had the cramps and NOTHING followed....
Sorry for the dumb questions!!!

Some ladies on here have told me and now its been confirmed by my RE that your first CD is the first heavy flow day.
not a dumb question you can ask anything here....don't ever feel dumb.
