Quick dinner with chopped meat! ?! HELP
I have chopped meat that has to be cooked. I was going to do meatloaf , but then my mom sent us her meatloaf leftovers last night... so what do I do with the chopped meat, that is quick?!?! NO tacos either

Hamburgers?
Chop up an onion and mix it in the meat with some worsteshire sauce and make patties. You could also mix in a package of lipton french onion mix too.

I would sautee it with onions and garlic and throw a big can of tomatos into the mix and serve over pasta.

minced onion and garlic, ground beef, small can goya tomato chipotle sauce, corn, salt, pepper. serve with rice, black beans, avocado salad.

a quick chili?
1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 envelope (1 3/4 ounces) chili seasoning mix (or make your own with spices you have) 1/2 cup water 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, undrained 1 tablespoon brown sugar Preparation:
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Stir in chili seasoning mix, then add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles
